Lots to share....Have a few classes to share with you first off. If you have not signed up for class please do so by calling the store or better yet come in sign up and see what is new....and on Sale....

Posy Patch Quilt Class with Sandy Turner..... Saturdays, February 4 and March 3....10am to 4pm.....This is a two block quilt with optional scalloped border......Class fee $60.00

Finished size depends on your border size. Individual blocks finished size 12".....This is a pieced and appliqued (Machine or Hand) quilt....Your border choice will be the deciding factor of the colors you choose for your blocks. Sample in store.....

Bow Tucks Tote....Purse Class with Sue Snowdy.... Sundays 1-4 February 19th and 26th.....Class fee $30.00....Pattern available now...Sample in store....

  We are also considering a Beginning Quilting Class on Wednesday nights ...5:30 - 8:30..... We hope to start in February.....If you are interested please call us ASAP so I can start

preparing.....If will be a fun class using precut strips (Jelly Rolls). It will be a 4 week session to start.... The fee will be determined on the class size..... 

Sue has another Purse in the making stage for another class in March....It is using 2 1/2" strips also....It is called BAILEY ISLAND HOBO Bag... Pattern sample made with Hoffman Bali Pops. Can be made with any Jelly Roll or your own precut strips. This will be another fun class...in late March/April....

We have two Retreats scheduled for this month.....Third Saturday Club Retreat.....Saturday, January 21 & 22......Still openings available to join this Club....Let me know if you are interested....

Piggy Farm Family Retreat is scheduled for January 27, 28 & 29.....This is a private family retreat and do they have fun!!!!!

Also all Selected Christmas Fabrics and panels are on sale.....A Good time to start something for next year. All fabric $5.00 @ yard and all panels $5.00 a piece. I have selected a few other bolts to throw into the $5.00 sale also....

The new Thimbleberries 2012 Garden Party started this month and also the new Michael Miller Swirly Girls Club started.....Check out the info on the web site.

Just a Reminder this is Basketball Season time for me and with Sons coaching over in the Bakersfield area I will be leaving early on some of the game days during January and February. I do sometimes have Virginia, Judy, Sue or Cindy here to help you if I am gone....(.BE Nice to them so they will not quit)....only kidding of course...

Adult Ed with Bobbi Starts here on Thursday, Jan 26th......so all Thursdays remaining till then are open sew days.....

UFP Club start fresh again this year .....One project at a time this year....Each one you choose to finish there will be a $10.00 fee (even if it takes all year to finish)...I am not asking you to have it quilted to be finished this year.....I am more interested in you getting your tops done!!! If you come to UFP Club day and work on something else....YOU WILL BE FINED $10.00 (SUNDAY OR TUESDAY CLUB).....Also any supplies needed to finish the designated project will be given a 15% discount on Club day/night. UFP CLUB MEETS ON THE Second Sunday of each month (except in January) and the second Tuesday Night of each month.....See you there....

Genealogy Classes with Sheila Davis are every Monday.....You may join in at any time.....10am - noon......$15.00 per session or you can prepay for 4 session at a time for $50.00. You do need to bring your lap top for the class. They are finding some pretty interesting info about there past family histories!!!! Come join!
